rights :

i, the commissioner ;
- i maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
- i maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. however, i will not post pieces upon request. your commission will be used into my gallery/portfolio.
- i maintain the right to turn down any commission or service.you, the buyer ;
- you may edit, crop, and resize the art i give you. however, i require you still credit me for the piece.
- you may use your vtuber art/model for commercial or personal use.
- you may post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link rigging or art back to me.
- you may not sell my vtuber, unless you dm me.
- you may not use/feed my art into a.i. to train them.

editing :

i only allow unlimited amounts of editing when i'm the sketching phase. anything beyond the sketching phase, the buyer only has 3 edits they can use as they please. the buyer may not gain these 3 edits back after they use them.i allow refunds, although partial refunds will be susceptible. this will only happen when you decide to ask for a refund while i am past the lineart phase
